Search for the right face masks
You can either purchase face masks from the cosmetic stores, or you can DIY your own face masks. One easy way to make it is – mix one tablespoon of each turmeric, milk, and honey to make a thick paste. You can apply this paste on your face and keep it for 15-20 minutes before rinsing. All the three ingredients will help you to remove the oiliness and bacterias and bring a glow on your face.
Take a short nap
When you have applied the face mask, use the time to relax and take a nice nap on a comfortable chair or in the bathtub. Use cucumbers to relax your eyes. You can even use tea bags and boil them in milk, and then refrigerate them until they are cold. Place them on both of your eyes to heal the redness and tired eyes. Take time listening to music and relax for 20-30 minutes. It will help you to spend the rest of your day with a much more relaxed and happy mind.
